Proteins and carbohydrates contain 4 kcal per gram as opposed to lipids which contain 9 kcal per gram. On the other hand, non-essential amino acids can be made by the body from other amino acids. A medical mythology that our greater scientific understanding shows we are simply not true. These ideas have shaped how we live, how we maintain our health, how we deliver health care and how we die.

Ask any vegetarian and he will readily agree with us. As a foregone conclusion with plant food, we don't have to worry about saturated fat, and we never have to worry about cholesterol in the plant world. Ok?

In truth, no matter how you argue or try to justify the goodness of protein especially from meat, common sense dedicates ketones can build up in our bodies to a dangerous level in the body. To make matter worst, ketogenic patients will suffer from severe breath odor and painful constipation. These are medical problems we should not take it too lightly. Trust me!

The last lie that you must read will shock the skirts out of any lady! Here goes!

Shocking Lie No. 5.We are deceived that dieting without protein intake will slowly weakened us.
In all honesty, the reverse is true. In fact excessive intake of animal protein can cause a host of other problems. Firstly, the weight watcher will feel tired. Secondly, eating meat from animals is usually high in fat, and we all know that fats cause gall bladder diseases. Further more, thirdly, because people blindly eating high animal protein to lose weight will unwittingly raise their cholesterol levels, ultimately leading to heart disease. Need I say more on this?

In essence we must take heed and act against protein's false importance. Put into another way, it is really the misconceptions being slowly embedded into our minds.
