If we ourselves don't care, why should our weight matter? We skip the visit to the gym and have seconds when we really aren't hungry. Remember we have to live with this one body every second, minutes, hours and days of our lives. Like a car, if we don’t send for regular check-ups and servicing consistently, the vehicle would break down. And believe me in the most inconvenient times. This too can happen to our body which we are born in.

So what I am saying is this naked truth and hope you will not be offended by it. It takes physical vitality for a walk around the neighborhood to be a pleasure, not a chore.
