Would you agree with the famous Dr. Orson Welles on the above quote? What is he trying to tell us is that we should eat for one, ultimately. It simply boils down to ‘eat to live and not live to eat!’ Agreed?



Enough of preaching at least for now. But may I start this article with a word of appreciation? Personally I thank you for downloading this article. Exercise has the ability to reduce stress while increasing well-being and self esteem. Don’t get me wrong, this fact is well-documented. Exercise also raises your metabolism, so you burn off calories for a while even after you've finished your workout. And the more you exercise, the more muscle you develop. Muscle tissue burns more calories than other types of tissue (like fat), even when at rest. Period!
